"Sonic the Hedgehog" is, in my opinion, one of the fastest games you could ever imagine. He moves at a pace that seemingly no other creature is going to be able to trump or maybe even match. This isn't to say that speed isn't the only aspect of these games to consider since there are others that define the series. Enter Knuckles, the character whose strength is in his power; maybe creatine could be utilized in order to boost that feature which he proudly showcases.
Sonic's skill lies mostly in the prospect of speed but I'd be lying if I said that Knuckles is a copy in that regard. Instead, he utilizes power, throwing fists left and right in the way of combat in order to see success. I always enjoyed his character more so than Sonic's but I believe that his look, which differed immensely from the blue hedgehog's, helped. I think that another trait of his should be looked as well and that is his propensity to glide.
Not only was Knuckles able to glide through the air, no differently than an eagle, but he was able to do it at a fast pace. When he was moving about like a superhero, it was almost like you could mistake his speed for Sonic's. Most people would cry foul on this, saying that there's no way that a real echidna would be able to fight or fly like Knuckles. My response is that it's a video game and, just like cartoons, the makers can take a few creative liberties.
The game that Knuckles has always played, though, was strength and I don't see that changing anytime soon. Maybe one day he'll feel like he's low on energy, which could negatively impact such actions as his punches. When it comes to helping the muscles in order to perform such acts, I think that creatine can be made use of in this regard. With companies like the Muscular Development Store serving to grant these substances to consumers, I don't think that there's a better choice to make.
Creatine may just be the most useful supplement needed in order to build muscles and it's something that anyone from athletes to bodybuilders can use. They need to be able to keep their strength up and their appearances as perfect as possible and the former is something which Knuckles can focus on. If he wanted to be able to stay in prime condition, he needs to train and eat right. When a person is all about strength training, these aspects certainly come in handy.
